Choose the model from the fixture and mounting drawing
Compare ZCTK-200, ZCTK-280 and ZCTK-450 using the table footprint, bore, output mounting pattern and overall height. Confirm the space available for the motor and cabling as well as the rotating fixture. Model names should not replace the load and dimension checks in the selected drawing.
Specify the complete indexing cycle
For a servo rotary table application, provide the fixture and workpiece mass, load offset, move angle, move time, dwell time and daily operating duty. State the repeatability needed at the inspection or assembly position. Drive tuning and fixture stiffness also affect settling time; the mechanical table is one part of the positioning system.
Keep the supply scope clear
Confirm the motor interface and whether the quotation covers the mechanical table only or additional agreed components. Do not assume that a controller, drive, fixture or complete machine is included. The servo rotary table integration guide explains the wider system requirements.
