ZBT Hollow Rotary Table Selection
Compare ZBT-130, ZBT-200 and ZBT-280 by fixture geometry
Begin with the fixture footprint and the opening needed for cables, hoses or tooling. Check the usable bore and output mounting pattern on the model drawing. A larger model number alone is not a load rating, and a large bore does not confirm clearance for every cable connector.
Load offset matters as well as fixture weight
Send the combined mass of the fixture and workpiece, the distance from their centre of gravity to the table axis, the installation orientation, and the acceleration and cycle time. These inputs help engineering review torque and overturning loads instead of choosing a platform from workpiece weight alone.
Confirm the motor interface before ordering
Provide the motor model, shaft and flange dimensions, required output speed and positioning requirement. Confirm the selected ZBT drawing and scope of supply before purchase. For the broader selection process, see how to choose a hollow rotary table.
