Check the motor envelope around the corner layout
Compare the ZCTR-85, ZCTR-130 and ZCTR-200 drawings against the space inside the machine. Review the motor location, access to fasteners, output mounting face and clearance around the rotating fixture. A compact layout still needs room for connectors and maintenance access.
Plan the hollow opening and cable route
Describe what must pass through the opening, including connector dimensions and the required rotation range. A hollow bore creates a routing path, but it does not by itself provide unlimited cable rotation. Continuous rotation may require a separately specified slip ring or rotary union.
Send the layout for model review
Provide the fixture drawing, combined rotating mass, load offset, move profile and motor model. Confirm the permissible loads and interface for the chosen model. Compare the corner arrangement with the ZCM right angle hollow rotary table using installation drawings rather than assuming the two series are interchangeable.
